A Roadworthy Certificate (RWC) confirms that your vehicle is safe enough to be driven on public roads. It doesn't cover mechanical reliability or cosmetic condition — the focus is purely on safety-critical components.

What Happens if the Car Fails?

If the vehicle fails the initial inspection, you have 7 days to complete repairs and return for a re-check — no extra charge for the second inspection if done within this window.
We can also quote and carry out any required repairs in-house to streamline the process. You stay in control the whole time — we’ll never go ahead without approval.

A Roadworthy Certificate is required when selling or re-registering a vehicle in Victoria. It confirms that your vehicle meets the minimum safety standards to be driven on public roads.
